This is a stunning silver and gilt commemorative goblet by Aurum featuring an eagle with outspread wings. The goblet comes with it's own fitted red velvet lined box. The base of the goblet reads 'Number 179 of a limited edition of 600 made by the order of the Dean and Chapter of St Paul's, to commemorate the 300th anniversary of the laying of the foundation stone of the Cathedral in 1675.'
The goblet is fully hallmarked on the base London 1975. The makers mark is for Jocelyn Burton. The weight of the goblet is 306 grams.
